Meet the Founder & CEO
Shannon Gill
With a career spanning senior government leadership, national nonprofit development, and political campaign management, Shannon Gill brings a rare blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on execution to every project.
Over the past two decades, Shannon has:
- Built and revitalized fundraising programs at Brock University and the Kids Brain Health Foundation—raising millions through strategic planning and donor engagement.
- Served as Chief of Staff in multiple Alberta Ministries, including Health, Education, and Seniors and Housing, overseeing complex stakeholder files, legislative initiatives, and crisis communications.
- Led a major turnaround as Executive Director of Drive Happiness, securing funding and laying the groundwork for expanding services to 34 Alberta communities.
- Helped organizations from national charities to local schools secure government meetings, public funding, and public trust.
- Managed and volunteered on successful election campaigns, including re-electing a federal MP in 2025 with over 80% of the vote.
Shannon is known for quickly assessing organizational dynamics, clarifying direction, and empowering teams to grow. Her approach combines curiosity, candour, and a deep respect for the mission-driven work her clients lead.
